TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Energy Class A+
- Reinforced concrete frame of strength category 30/37 S4 and B500C Sidenor reinforcing steel.
- The exterior walls will be constructed with brick and external thermal insulation system by a German company.
- Floors in the living room, hallway, bedrooms and WC will be covered with wood-effect tiles or prefinished oak flooring (semi-solid three-layer wood), bathrooms with granite tiles, kitchens with granite tiles (60 x 60) and verandas with granite tiles (30x60).
- Interior doors will be internally made of MDF with PVC coating. Wardrobes will be made of glossy or matte synthetic laminate. Apartment entrance doors will be security type.
- Windows and balcony doors will consist of thermally insulated Europa aluminum frames, hinged or sliding, with double energy-efficient glazing filled with argon gas. Electric shutters with insect screens will also be installed. Balcony glass panels will be triplex 8x8 with 4 membranes.
- Kitchens will be made of glossy or matte synthetic laminate with Blum soft-close hinges. Countertop and sink will be molded Corian Dupont.
- Bathroom and WC sanitary ware will be by Ideal Standard, wall-hung with Geberit concealed cisterns and built-in Italian faucets.
- The electrical installation will be based on the electromechanical study. A video intercom system will be installed and all necessary provisions for satellite TV, alarm system and smart home system will be made.
- Apartments will feature energy fireplaces or bioethanol fireplaces, double-wall inox chimneys, individual heat pumps and fan coils for cooling-heating.
- Photovoltaic panels for the shared electricity supply.
- Sound insulation with special soundproofing materials.
- Domestic hot water supplied by solar water heater.
- Floating floors for floor sound insulation.
- Installation of electric vehicle charging line, at least one for each apartment.
